The performance based on Paul Zindel’s play can be viewed as a natural sequel to our team’s previous endeavors to make theater in “real environments”, i.e. ; – finding spaces/sites which meet at minimum the basic needs of the text of the play for action and setting. The process of finding the differences between “theatrical” and “real”, the interaction, and the transformations between the two is in our focus.

The Effect Of Gamma Rays On Man-In-The-Moon Marigolds is a story about a mother, her two daughters, a dying old woman and a rabit. They all live together in a room of wood which was once a vegetable store. The outside world being enormously close to the one we are living in – being separated only by a wall of newspaper curtain.
